Shipping & Returns Policy
Last updated: August 2026
At Elvantis London, we want every order to arrive safely and meet your expectations. Please read the following policy before placing your order.
1. Order Processing & Delivery
Orders are processed after payment has been successfully received.
We aim to deliver orders within approximately 3–5 working days after the order has been placed.
Delivery times are estimates and may occasionally be affected by circumstances outside our control, including courier delays, adverse weather, customs processing or other unforeseen circumstances.
Once your order has been dispatched, you may receive tracking information where available.
2. Returns
We want you to be happy with your purchase. If you change your mind about an item purchased online, you may request a return in accordance with your statutory consumer rights.
Please contact Elvantis London within 14 days of receiving your order to notify us that you wish to cancel or return the item.
After notifying us, you should return the item within the applicable return period.
Returned items should be:
- Unworn and unused.
- In their original condition.
- Returned with original packaging, tags and labels where applicable.
- Free from damage, stains, odours or signs of wear beyond what would reasonably be necessary to inspect the item.
For clothing and fashion items, customers may handle or try on items as they reasonably would in a shop. However, we may be entitled to make a deduction from a refund where an item has been handled beyond what is reasonably necessary and its value has been diminished. (GOV.UK)
3. Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will process any refund due.
Where a customer exercises their statutory right to cancel, refunds will be made in accordance with applicable UK consumer law. This generally includes the cost of standard delivery paid for at the time of purchase, although additional charges for a more expensive delivery option may not be refundable. (GOV.UK)
Refunds will normally be made using the original payment method.
4. Faulty, Damaged or Incorrect Items
If you receive an item that is faulty, damaged or materially different from what you ordered, please contact us as soon as possible with your order number and, where appropriate, photographs of the issue.
Your statutory consumer rights are not affected by this policy. Goods sold to consumers must meet legal requirements, including being as described and of satisfactory quality. (GOV.UK)
5. Return Postage
For a change-of-mind return, the customer may be responsible for the direct cost of returning the item, where permitted by law and where this was made clear before purchase.
If an item is faulty, damaged or incorrectly supplied, please contact us before returning it so that we can advise you on the appropriate return procedure.
6. Exclusions
Certain products may be excluded from the standard cancellation or return rights where permitted by UK law. This may include personalised or bespoke products and other legally recognised exceptions.
Any applicable exclusion will be clearly communicated before purchase.
7. Your Statutory Rights
Nothing in this policy is intended to limit or exclude any rights you have under UK consumer protection law.
If there is any conflict between this policy and your statutory rights, your statutory rights will take precedence.
Elvantis London reserves the right to update this policy when necessary. Any changes will be published on this page.
